Hospitality Assistant

Job Introduction

 

 

Role Responsibility

To assist as directed with all aspects of preparation and presentation of food to the Company’s standard and ensuring adherence to legislation including HACCP;

To serve the customers to the Company’s standard, to promote a friendly and welcoming atmosphere;

To set up conference rooms for tea/coffee breaks, lunches and other events;

Cleaning and any other duties assigned by line-manager.

The Ideal Candidate

This is a high profile establishment so a good level of English and personal presentation are required.

 

Attention to detail in food presentation.

 

High standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

 

Willingness to learn and develop skills.

 

Fine dining experience would be advantage.
