Helpdesk Administrator

Job Introduction

To work as part of the Helpdesk team in meeting SLAs and offering a high and consistent standard with a mind set of continuous improvement. Manage room bookings, log internal job sheets, use & maintain client systems & assisting the client in successful project work as well as promoting Sodexo

 

 

Role Responsibility

  • Communicate clearly & efficiently with client staff, the Helpdesk & Facilities team.
  • Liaise with the client, assisting in project work & client documentation
  • Ensuring job sheets are logged & jobs are issued to correct departments through the QFM  system
  • Help maintain the accident/incident record
  • Assist with organisation of client events
  • Ensure that a minimum of 95% of the calls coming into the Helpdesk are answered, actioned promptly & politely
  • Attend any meetings as requested and take minutes
  • Attend other sites if required
  • Help maintain client systems including Sypol, Cardinus, Oracle, QFM, Accident Tracking Report, Environmental Complaint Register, Training Matrix
  • Obtaining quotations & Placing orders
  • Attend or take part in training, internally or externally
  • Filing of  Sodexo & Client documents
  • Covering Reception responsibilities when required
  • Have a working knowledge of E-Prophit (Sodexo Operating System)
  • Continuous improvement to agreed standards

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

 

  •  Experience in Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook
  •  Good literacy skills
  •  Excellent Communication Skills
  •  Experience of dealing with the public

 

 

Desirable

  • Knowledge of company procedures
  • Minute taking
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety Management systems
  • Experience in a similar role
