Health Care Assistant - 20 hours

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Cork sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

Housekeeping

Assisting in the care of infirmed patients.

Personal hygiene of patients

Observing both physical and mental well being.

Assisting in all preperation of meals.

Communicating to the manager and nurse on duty including handover report .

Laundry & cleaning duties bed changing.

Record Keeping.

Administeration of medication

The Ideal Candidate

Fetac Level 5 Essential CPR Training Frist Aid At least two years working in a carering envoirment garda clearence.

Excellent time keeper Good Attendance record.

Must work well within a team enviroment.

Must be available for the and evenings and weekends .
