Head of Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Marketer to head up our marketing team; developing, evolving and leading the marketing plan across our homecare businesses.

As Head of Marketing you’ll apply your excellent marketing skills in a business that makes a genuine difference to people’s lives. You will work across The Good Care Group and Oxford Aunts and report into the Managing Director. Role Responsibility

Your excellent people skills will enable you to manage, develop and shape our marketing team. You’ll create marketing strategies to improve upon and support lead generation, customer insight, brand building and business growth activities in key markets for both The Good Care Group and Oxford Aunts. Managing a variety of projects, you’ll also create engaging communications for our referral partners.

The Ideal Candidate

A talented networker and marketing professional, you must have experience of developing strategies and delivering them through innovative tactics and cost-effective operations. Able to manage budgets, and maximise ROI and team performance, you should be a real people person with the drive to raise our profile and take ownership of our brands. At the forefront of the latest digital marketing trends, with a strong paid media background, you’ll also know how to connect with new and potential clients and make the most of data from our CRM and Google analytics. You will also be able to execute web design/UX/CX.

It is essential you have an excellent working knowledge of the care sector, including an understanding of the nuances of Live-In care, Hourly visiting care and Day care. You’ll have a great eye for detail and exceptional content/copywriting skills as well as being confident in presenting to a variety of audiences.
