About the role

To provide this great service, we have a team of passionate Chefs behind us, and we currently have a vacancy for a Head Chef to join us!

You will manage, motivate and organise a dedicated kitchen team to ensure we deliver service excellence and quality throughout the catering operation, always ensuring that Health and Safety regulations (such as Food Safety and COSHH regulations) are followed.

You’ll budget, order and plan detailed menus controlling food stocks and provisions as required. Whilst ensuing all areas of the kitchen are spotless and well maintained ready for any EHO visits! 

A few things about you  

You must be a qualified chef with a passion for food and innovation and a great team player. Your communication skills need to be top notch and your attention to detail second to none. Our patients are at the heart of what we do, so it’s important that remarkable customer service is always at the forefront.   

You must hold Food Safety level 3 or equivalent, food hygiene certificate and fully understand Allergy management.

You must have previous experience as a sous or head chef working in a similar industry (i.e. catering or food production) and also have previous experience supervising a team.

Package Description

Hourly rate is £11 per hour

37.5hrs a week – Working 1 weekend in 3

Shits are either 6.30am-2.30pm or 10.30am-6.30pm
