HSE Advisor
Job Introduction
We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team in London following an exciting contract win.
The successful individual should have experience of HSE advisory in a facilities management setting in a large corporate headquarters.
Role Responsibility
- Assist in the implementation of the safety strategy within the contract
- Support and advise managers and supervisors on safety matters
- Conduct audits, safety walks and dip checks within the business
- Work to continually improve the safety culture within the business
- Attend Client and Sodexo meetings as required
- Provide HSE support to management of change within the business
- Assistance and support with business continuity plan and exercises
- Assist in accidents and incident investigations
- Keep up to date with current health and safety legislation
The Ideal Candidate
Essential
- National H&S qualification (NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent)
- Knowledge of current H&S legislation
- Competent with Microsoft software packages
- Good organisational/communication skills to produce concise information
- Ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines, both prescribed and self imposed
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels
- Self motivated and able to drive behavior to motivate others

£30,000 - £35,000 + benefits
