HR Reporting Assistant

Job Introduction

We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Reporting Assistant to join our Sodexo HR team based in Salford. As an experienced HR professional, ideally with experience in reporting, you’ll enjoy the variety and complexity of working withing a small HR reporting team. You’ll have a can do approach and enjoy getting stuck into the detail whilst thinking bigger picture.

Reporting into the HR Analytics Manager you’ll take accountability for a wide range of reporting responsibilities including processing, maintaining, analysing and reporting on incoming data within the agreed HR timescales.

Role Responsibility

  • Responsible for outputting data into HR Systems, ensure that it is of high quality, accurate, efficient, and consistent
  • Contribute to the HR dashboard, analytics and human capital metrics as well as routine and ad-hoc reporting ensuring that data requests are completed within agreed SLAs
  • Regularly collate, analyse and present HRMI from a variety of sources. Providing business relevant Insight
  • Handles data requests and queries from HR Shared Service customers, escalating complex or potential issues to the HR Analytics Manager / HR Analysts
  • Produce large data outputs for TUPEs, mobilisations and other bulk employee communications and projects 
  • Contribute to the accurate collation, audit and maintenance of HR data ensuring robust data and protecting the integrity and quality of company data, when required

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Programmes, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Willingness to learn new change methodology and tools
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Team Player
