HC - Administrator

Job Introduction

Produce high quality accurate work and meet deadlines, providing an efficient and effective administrative support service to the business at all times. Responsible for the accurate and efficient maintenance of the patient meal ordering system (Saffron). Support the on-site team with completing banking and payroll. Assist management with completion with all employee life cycle process and procedures, including producing new starter paperwork, maintaining holiday tracker, absence management, employee changes and leaver administration.   

Role Responsibility

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

  1. Relevant experience in an administrative role.
  2. Excellent IT skills
  3. Ability to plan and organise
  4. Ability to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines.
  5. Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
  6. Possess a level of confidentiality.
  7. Pro-active approach to compliance.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to all levels within Sodexo, external suppliers and the Trust

Desirable

  1. Knowledge of Saffron system or experience of working in a hospital environment
  2. Working knowledge of Microsoft office, including Excel and Word
