Job Introduction
Sodexo has a fantastic opportunity for a Guest Services & Security Assistant to join our team based at Diageo’s International Supply & Technical Centre in Menstrie.
This is a varied role that blends excellent customer service with on-site security responsibilities. You’ll be the face of Sodexo at this prestigious site, ensuring our client, visitors, and colleagues feel welcomed, supported, and secure. Main Responsibilities
Deliver high standards of customer service across front-of-house and security duties
Monitor and operate site access control systems in line with site protocols
Provide a visible and approachable security presence
Act as the first point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring a professional and friendly service
Support in the delivery of health and safety practices and emergency procedures, acting as an incident controller when required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and incident logs
Ensure compliance with all relevant site policies, procedures, and legislation
The Ideal Candidate
Essential:
Valid SIA Security Guard Licence
Valid First Aid certification
Health & Safety knowledge and awareness
Experience using access control systems
Able to communicate confidently and clearly with a range of stakeholders
Smart, professional appearance and a commitment to high service standards
Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Desirable:
Experience working in a similar customer-facing or corporate security environment
Knowledge of corporate business processes and site-specific H&S protocols
Relevant training and qualifications aligned with industry best practices
