Front of House Operative at St James' Park

Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

  • To work Front of House during events, with a customer-centric approach at all times.
  • Providing guests with the highest possible level of customer service, noting any guest comments and dealing with any queries,
  • Serving food and beverage, ensuring all products served are presented in line with the standards detailed in the SOP, and of the required quality.
  • Seizing all opportunity for sales, upselling where possible to both enhance guest experience and secure revenue.
  • Assisting the back of house team as necessary.
  • Ensuring the venue is prepared for both events and matchdays.
 
 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of working within a large operation with high volume conference and banqueting
