Front of House Coordinator

About the Role

At Sodexo, we create a vibrant, warm welcoming atmosphere where we place our customers at the heart of everything we do. we currently have a vacancy for a Front of House Coordinator to join our busy team at Innovation House Renfrew!.

Being the first face, many will see, you’ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like. You’ll have polite and cheerful manner, creating memorable experiences for our clients and visitors and when answering switch board calls and replying to emails in a busy reception area.

You'll be booking and managing the meeting room requests to include preparation set up and clearing of rooms for internal and external client meetings when required to do so.

You'll use computer as an effective communication tool, inputting data as requested using MS Office Suite (Vendor info, Hours on site, Command requests and closure, and a variety of other functions)

A few things about you

Our Front of House Coordinators are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s important that fantastic customer service is always at the forefront! We want you to bring your great organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent admin, customer service skills and I.T know-how.

If you are a friendly, and approachable individual with great communication skills and computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products this could be the perfect role for you! 

Previous receptionist experience essential and if you have great people and IT skills, we’d love to hear from you! A willingness to learn and develop new skills is a bonus too!

Sodexo embeds a strong safety culture in everything we do. There will be company procedures to follow alongside our Health & Safety practices so it is vital that you will champion this.

£11 per hour
Monday - Friday
