Job Introduction
Collection of mail from postal office arrange and deliver to varies departments within the business
To organise mail coming in and going out.
Dealing with couriers
Franking mail to the right departments and varies business
Other duties included dealing with client requests as a facilities assistant delivery of water. Collection of confidential waste to be shredded and other management requests.
Supporting work in the print room when required
Requirements:
- Clean Driving licence
- Being able to use Microsoft outlook and have an ability to be able to communicate at all levels
- Be smart and professional at all times
- Good knowledge of the local area would be desirable within Edinburgh & Glasgow area for chauffeuring duties
