We currently have an opportunity for a FM Ops Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is:

Role Responsibility

Main Responsbilities

 

Focussed at the Lyons Way site in Frimley, the FM Operations Supervisor will provide a key function by supporting the smooth operation of the service offer.

 

In particular;

 

  1. To provide support to the delivery of Hard and Soft Services delivery within a Facility, supporting a Sodexo delivery staff and specialist providers.
  2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, customers and suppliers.
  3. Updating and maintaining filing systems (hard and soft copy) and integrated filing system.
  4. Operate finance system (SAP) – raising POs, goods receipting and invoicing
  5. Be a conduit for communication between our local Hard Services Team and the Command Centre.
  6. Co-ordinate with Technical Supervisor to arrange team weekly and monthly huddles and training.
  7. Support with coordination and escorting of Suppliers (both Hard and Soft) when working on site
  8. Coordination of Hospitality requests with Frimley Catering Team
  9. Management of site Vending Offer, including Stocking and Cash collection/banking
  10. Minute taking at Sodexo and Client meetings, as and when required.
  11. To accept training for SIA Licencing in order to be able to provide cover for Reception services if required.
  12. To attend other sites within the region on an occasional basis as requested to provide support as above.

     

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 

  1. Comply with Company and statutory regulations relating to Safe Systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
  2. All records and filing completed accurately and in good time
  3. All financial processes (raising orders, invoicing etc) completed in line with company processes

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

 

Essential

  1. Use of all Microsoft office systems
  2. Excellent business acumen
  3. Excellent organisational skills
  4. Smart professional appearance
  5. Able to work in a fast paced client facing environment
  6. Must comply with client security regulations and clearance requirements

    Desirable

  7. Knowledge of CAFM system
  8. Knowledge of SAP
  9. Driving licence
  10. Disclosure Scotland security clearance or DBS security clearance
  11. Flexible attitude
  12. Ability to problem solve
  13. Able to learn on the job
  14. IOSH or equivalent
