Facilities Manager

Job Introduction

Sodexo's Government and Agencies segment are looking for a General Manager to join the team looking after a cluster of sites in the Leeds area.

You must be an experienced facilities manager with excellent knowledge of Soft Services including Front of House, Catering and Cleaning and also be able to lead a team of people providing motivation, guidance and support! 

 

Role Responsibility

  • The overall accountability and responsibility for the day to day management, co-ordination and control of all client activity.
  • To focus on growth including the management of additional independent contracts on site.
  • To ensure SLA standards are met, maintained and developed.
  • To manage all aspects of the team including recruitment and day to day leadership.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent knowledge of facilities management including catering, cleaning, reception and portering.
  • Good stakeholder/client relationship skills
  • An inspirational and motivational leader
  • Good health and safety knowledge
  • Excellent numerical ability as will be managing multiple P&L's
