Sodexo are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join our client site based in Central London. The Facilities Manager will have experience of looking after corporate clients and strong experience in Catering, Cleaning and knowledge of Security is advantageous. This is a client facing position; it is essential to have strong stakeholder/client management experience at a senior level. Good financial acumen is advantageous.

Ideally the Facilities Manager will come from a hospitality background and/or have 5* hotel experience.

This role comes with a salary of £31,000 - £37,000 dependant on experience, annual leave, pension and further benefits are also included.

Role Responsibility

• Act as the representative of Sodexo for the area/ zone under your control through effective leadership and to ensure that all service streams deliver both qualitative and quantitative results.
• Lead local Customer interaction and foster long term profitable relationships.
• Provide direction and expertise to the operating areas by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the company mission and values
• Subject Matter Expertise (Housekeeping & Cleaning Services & food services) to be provided and support all zones
• To ensure all Departments meet the monthly Financial, Quality and Performance targets. Ensure detailed action plans are in place and monitored where necessary.
• To support the stakeholder engagement process and represent Sodexo in the Global Facilities Management Team
• To monitor compliments and complaints (VOC/ VOP), complete root causing and provide resolution.
• Ensure all communications are timely, accurate and promote Sodexo’s core values.
• Ensure that in-house training and staff development is effectively carried out in accordance with the Training and Development Plan.
