About the role

Here at Sodexo we know that our confident and organised team help us to deliver 5 star customer experience and we’re currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our family! 

Our amazing Facility Coordinators are responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out their duties in a professional and courteous manner.

You`ll be providing a daily cleaning service of the highest standard possible to the client and support all departmental operations as required. You`ll replenish stocks, clean and maintain all housekeeping areas. Collection and correct disposal of recycling and general waste streams will be part of your daily tasks. You`ll assist with or advise on, any request to move items in, around and between business premises on behalf of the client.

Your great customer service skills mean you’ll be able to build relationships with all our building users and your flexible approach will ensure you’ll be able to easily deal with the ever-changing work environment.

A few things about you 

We want you to bring your bring your keen eye for detail, self-motivation, your can-do attitude and strong communication skills!

Sodexo embeds a strong safety culture in everything we do. There will be company procedures to follow alongside our Health & Safety practises so it is vital that you will champion this! 

Shows us your team-working ability as well as your innovative thinking and good understanding of IT systems (MS Office)! 

Package Description

  • 40 hours per week 
  • £12.50 per hour 
  • Monday - Friday (Flexible hours) 
  • Free on-site parking
