FM Systems Deployment Coordinator

Job Introduction

Here at Sodexo we currently have an opportunity for an FM Systems Deployment Coordinator to work on a volume of data requiring management. We are looking for someone highly confident with MS applications with a good understanding of excel and systems knowledge. You will be responsible for interpretation of data into a technical output, working in a matrix format supporting more than one deployment manager whilst working with precision and accuracy in regard to data manipulation. An understanding of the FM industry will be key to your success as you will be expected to proactively manage tasks unsupervised whilst using your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

• Handling all the data required to set up and operate FM Systems at contract level.
• Providing clarity to contract teams for data required
• Providing clarity to deployment manager of any data gaps
• Provide on-site go live support
• Support the training team with customer refresher sessions and create training exercises in advance of Systems training sessions

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

• Organised, logical with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Experience of business systems & preferably Maximo
• Understanding of hard and soft facilities management 
• Technical knowledge of property assets and their maintenance requirements
• Attention to detail, quality driven approach
• Work on own initiative and manage own time
• Working individually or part of a wider team
• Ability to deal with a high degree of pressure and to tight deadlines
