Job Introduction

We are recruiting an Event Manager to join our amazing team at Bord Bia. We are looking for a real foodie who has a commitment to phenomenal hospitality service. Role Responsibility

You will be responsible for ensuring the coordination of meeting rooms and hospitality bookings with the skill to rearrange meeting spaces on the system to maximise client requests. Greeting staff and visitor’s and organising hospitality facilities and services whilst managing set ups and logistics for internal and external client events and delivering a hosting/concierge experience for visitors.

Building a team by selecting, recruiting, and training the right team to deliver your operation to the service standards agreed in the contract with your client.

Control all costs such as labour, expenses, stock levels, process invoices, track orders where relevant and produce weekly and monthly flash reports with accurate data.

Comply with all Company and client policies, procedures, and statutory regulations, including human resources, site rules, health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your workplace
