Evening Chef

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Chef to join our catering team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

As a Chef you will be responsible for: 

  • Providing cook to order and freshly prepared food during the evening catering service
  • Menu planning and ordering.
  • Prep work for the following day
  • Ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy
  • Manage and promote good working relationships within the Sodexo team.
  • Comply with Safe Systems of work, manual handling & COSSH.
  • Comply with all company and client policies and statutory regulations relating to Food Safety and Health & Safety
  • Ensure all due diligence is completed daily.
