Document Controller - 12 months Fixed Term Contract

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Cork sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize their workload.

You will be working as part of a team, but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

 

Role Responsibility

  • Be part of the site Documentation Management Group, managing and issuing documentation for the site
  • Act as an Administrator for the site’s document management system,
  • Assist the site in creating and updating documents
  • Issue and manage controlled copies on site
  • Author and approve documents if needed
  • Assist in the management of the Site Archive
  • Inform document owners in advance of the need to complete periodic review
  • Maintain current indexes within documentation
  • Report metrics as required
  • Provide regulatory inspection and audit support, as needed.
