Digital Marketing Executive

Job Introduction

Sodexo's Sports and Leisure Segment are on the look out for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our high performing, growing team.

You will support with our Digital Marketing Strategy having a real input in the exciting content and new tools required to automate our marketing efficiency.

This is a broad role where you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of exciting brands and campaigns from corporate hospitality at sporting venues across the UK to prestigious events such as Royal Ascot and The Chelsea Flower Show! Read more here

Role Responsibility

  • GDPR compliance through all data management working with data officer to ensure all brand websites and marketing is GDPR compliant
  • Support on SEO and PPC strategy for four key websites (PV& E, Bateaux London, HPL, Hampden)
  • Work with external agencies to execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, Marketing database, email and social media across the S&L brands and venues
  • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and asses against KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, content and optimise user experience across our websites
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Bring strong ecommerce experience to help improve performance of Bateaux London
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and become a pillar of digital knowledge within the marketing team

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven working experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (Drupal & Wordpress), and Marketing Automation (Pardot & Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns, with working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Creative, with analytical and data-driven thinking
  • Confident communicator, with capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and agencies
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Package Description

Salary is up to £35,700 per annum plus Flexible Benefits meaning you can buy and sell annual leave
