Deputy Site Lead

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity that has become available to join the Sodexo team based at the pharmaceutical company Sanofi. As the Deputy Site Lead, you will manage the on-site contract and services to the agreed standards and act as the operational interface between the Facilities lead and the client.

This role will be ideal for someone from a corporate background and who has the skills to manage the effective relationship between Sodexo and Sanofi and ensure both companies work in partnership to support the effective service delivery on site.

Role Responsibility

• To organise and assist in the preparation and presentation of all meals service (participating as necessary) at the required time, being provided to the standard laid down in the Service Level Agreement and to the Client's, Customer's and Sodexo’s satisfaction. 
• To organise any special function as required, some of which may occur outside of normal working hours. 
• Have a strong understanding of all service offers contained within the client contract with a sound ability to draw upon Service Operations where appropriate 
• Support the facilities lead in the delivery of new services or projects 
• Effectively contribute to the growth of services through evaluation, review and recommendations for additional scope of work and services to the client.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience of operational management in a similar environment and a contract of a similar size and scope of services 
• People management experience – especially across different services 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Proven ability to work in a partnership and collaborative way with other service providers 
• 706 1&2 or equivalent 
• IOSH qualification 

Package Description

£36,000 - £38,000 Depending on experience
