To provide this service, we have passionate Barista team behind us, and we currently have a vacancy for a Costa Barista Supervisor to join us, providing those carefully crafted cups of goodness to our customers, clients, and colleagues!  
 

You’ll supervise motivate and organise a dedicated team to ensure that we deliver service excellence within this operation, always ensuring that Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations are followed.

You will be responsible for managing your workload and that of your team, always ensuring that the preparation, storage, delivery, and service of our products runs smoothly.

A few things about you

It’s important to have a positive, approachable attitude as this is a customer facing role with supervisory responsibility. You will need to have strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate great teamwork.

You must be able to follow instructions and also have great computer skills (mainly the Microsoft packages; Word, Excel, Outlook).

You must have experience working in a similar industry with food preparation and service experience (i.e. catering or food production) and also have previous experience supervising a team.

Basic food hygiene and Health and Safety certificates would be great, but don’t worry if you do not hold either as we would still love to hear from you!

Costa Barista Supervisor

• 37.5 hours per week
• Permanent Full Time
• £9.71 per hour
• Shift Pattern:  Monday 10.00am - 4.00pm; Tuesday - Off; Wednesday 9.35am - 6.05pm; Thursday 9.35am - 6.05pm; Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm; Saturday - 10.05am - 6.05pm; Sunday - Off.

Doncaster Royal Infirmary Park & Ride:  Available for hospital staff, patients and visitors, runs between Doncaster Racecourse, Car Park 'A' on Leger Way, Doncaster and DRI South Block main outpatients area, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) between 5:50am & 10:00pm.  This service is free for staff.
