Communications Campaign Manager

Job Introduction

We have a fixed term contract opportunity for an experienced Campaigns Manager who can bring creativity, passion, flair and exceptional campaign management for the duration of a maternity cover.

You’ll design and deliver integrated, insight-led PR and communications campaigns in support of strategic priorities and business objectives, quickly build relationships and partner with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate into impactful communications solutions and provide a central planning and coordination capability for the UK&I Brand & Comms team.

To be successful in this role you’ll be capable of getting up to speed and project managing ongoing and new campaigns quickly, you’ll have experience and exposure managing complex B2B and corporate campaigns and enjoy working in a fast paced and agile environment. You’ll be able to articulate yourself exceptionally well and have great interpersonal skills, you’ll ideally have exposure working in a PR / Digital agency or of working closely with a PR / Digital agency.

This role will give you a wide range of exposure to corporate campaigns across a diverse global FM organisation, no day will be the same and you’ll be supported by an awesome team of passionate and creative brand and communications professionals!

This position is for a 9 month FTC period to cover maternity.

Role Responsibility

  • Develop high-quality PR and communications campaigns – whether Blockbusters or smaller day-to-day campaigns – in line with segment, global and regional communications priorities
  • Build and nurture positive working relationships with internal stakeholders that drive the two-way flow of information needed for effective campaign delivery
  • Design and manage an effective communications planning and horizon-scanning platform for the UK&I Brand and Communications teams

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in communications strategy and planning and demonstrable success in developing and executing integrated communications campaigns (in-house or agency)
  • Exceptions interpersonal, communication, collaborations and stakeholder management skills; able to business partner and influence senior leaders and shape their decision-making
  • A sense of creativity and bold curiosity – able to identify the difference between a good campaign and a great campaign and willing to challenge partners, stakeholders and suppliers to get there
  • Outcomes focused with a commercial mindset and ability to drive projects and campaigns forwards
  • Membership of professional body (e.g. CIPR, IOIC) would be advantageous but is not essential

Package Description

Up to £50,000 per annum pro rata
