Job Introduction

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our amazing kitchen team to deliver a world class guest experience. We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and motivated individual who can demonstrate and help to maintain high levels of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our clients.

Working in our Central Kitchen at North Fort Street in Edinburgh as well as at events across our various venues, you will be involved in the daily running of a designated area in the kitchen and to assist with regular cleaning duties.

The hours will be around 40+ per week, with evening and weekend working involved in the role. Part time applications will also be considered.

The ideal start for this role will be mid-March 2022

Role Responsibility

To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
To ensure knowledge of the product is maintained and communicated to all relevant personnel.
To work with the Junior Sous Chef and Lead Chef to ensure the mis en place is completed.
To assist with regular cleaning duties within the kitchen
To report any maintenance issues to the Lead Chef / Manager immediately.
To comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure that all statutory regulations are observed.
To comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
To be flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times if required.
To ensure that all relevant H&S and Food Hygiene qualifications are adhered to at all times.
