Cleaning Supervisor

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Dublin sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

 

 

Role Responsibility

  • To supervise & work alongside the team
  • General cleaning duties
  • Assist with general administrative support
  • To plan, organise and coordinate all cleaning activity
  • Monitor all cleaning & hygiene standards

The Ideal Candidate

·         Must have a proactive approach to the role

·         Ability to use a variety of general electrical cleaning equipment.

·         Excellent attention to detail and cleaning to a high standard

·         Excellent time keeping

·         Ability to deal with the cleaning staff in a professional and helpful manner.

·         Health and Safety knowledge.

·         Experience of working with risk assessments and safe systems of work.

·         Excellent communication skills.

·         Good computer skills (Microsoft office)

·         Ability to make last minute changes to cleaning rota due to unplanned absences/events.

  • Cleaning Supervisor 
  • 37.6-39 Hours per week
  • 5 Days per week
