Cleaning Operative

Role Responsibility

  • Providing the highest level of housekeeping service within your area of responsibility in line with the clients’ specifications
  • Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas site wide
  • Ensuring all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility
  • Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations
  • Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your Coordinator/Line Manager
  • All offices, toilets, laboratories and amenity areas to be presented in a clean and tidy

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous work experience in customer service employment

Package Description

This job role is for a part time permanent cleaning role. The hours are 6am - 9am. These hours are non-negotiable. The ideal candidate will arrive 15 prior to the shift starting, so ideally someone who lives local to the area or who has own transport. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well as a team as well as on there own and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

Full training and uniform will be provided. Here at this site we like for all of the team to be able to cover all roles to help cover with sickness and holiday. The job will entail office cleaning, toilet cleaning, waste management and vending skills.

Fluent English is a must.

A cleaning back ground would be beneficial but not necessary.

Each candidate must complete a RTW at the interview stage - if the RTW is declined then the interview cannot take place. Supporting documents will be needed.
