Cleaner- Mailroom Cover

Job Introduction

 

We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Louth sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

 

Role Responsibility

 1: Office cleaning

2: Vacuum

3: Dusting, polishing

4: Carpet stain removal, buffing

5: Cleaning washrooms

6: Cleaning tea stations

7: Shower rooms cleaning

8: Perimeter sweep

9: Other duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate

 

1: Must have excellent English communication skills

2: Must have excellent customer service skills

3:Stationary checks

4: Manage Mailroom, frank outgoing mail

5: Deliver mail packages to personnel and sign off delivery dockets

6: Managing email correspondence

7: Ordering of stationary

8: Dealing with couriers

9: Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety policies

10:Other duties as required.

11:Previous experience essential
