Job Introduction

Role Responsibility
Daily , Prepare & Cook Breakfast Orders for Patients , Prepare & Cook Breakfast Items for Counter. Prepare & Cook Lunch Orders For Patients , Prepare & Cook Lunch for Counter.
Prepare Evening Meal Orders for Patients.
Ensure that all Patients Orders are Made to A High Standard , making sure your follow the correct Dietary Requirements and Meal Consistence ie Puree , Soft Puree , Minced soft Mince.
Ensure that all Temperature Check are completed Daily and in line with Sodexo Food Policy's.
General Cleaning Duties , keeping the Kitchen clean to a High Standard and in line with Sodexo Cleaning Policy.
To follow any reasonable request by the Catering Manager.
The Ideal Candidate
Food Safety Hygiene Certificate , COSSH Certificate , Good Knowledge of HACCP.
Have A Knowledge of Special Dietary Requirement Meals.
At Least 5 Years experience in the Catering Industry ie Hospitals or Nursing Homes
Package Description
Chef to cover Saturday & Sunday 8am to 4pm and Tuesday & Thursday 12 to 3.45pm.
Full Induction Training we be given on all Sodexo Policy to cover Food Safety & Health & Safety Policy & HR Policy.
