Chef Manager
Role Responsibility
- Provision of a tailored catering service to pupils and school staff.
- Be creative and innovative when designing menus.
- Take the lead in managing and training the team working with you.
- Maintain an efficient ordering system in accordance with company policy
- Maintain records in line with company policy
- Be highly organised and comfortable working in a busy environment.
- Control stock; reduce waste and develop the offer
- Complete all records as directed accurately and in timely manner
- Provide an efficient and friendly service to customers.
- Ensure you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and all catering areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Ensure the safety and security of company and client property.
- Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, statutory regulations relating to your work place, this will include but not limited to fire; health and safety; hygiene; working safely; COSHH.
- Report any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food or other irregularities to line manager, taking appropriate action where possible

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Chef Manager to join a small busy team at our Junior School in Liphook. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.
The Package
£20,000 per annum, working 35 term time weeks as well as additional hours across the year covering match teas, training and other functions as required.
