Chef De Partie
Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Dublin sites.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.
Role Responsibility
Preparation and cooking of food
Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy
Health and safety regulations, ensuring they are followed at all times
Delivering a world class customer experience to our customers and staff
Assisting in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and hospitality
Assisting the Head Chef or Executive Chef with paperwork including stock ordering
Menu planning
Menu costings
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate for this role will have:
Excellent craft skills
Previous chef experience and good communication skills
Basic Food Hygiene certificate (advantageous but not essential)
Basic Health and Safety certificate (advantageous but not essential)
Good customer service skills

We are currently seeking a Chef De Partie to work at TCD – working straight shifts 5 days over 7 ( 1 weekend in 4)
