Job Introduction

About the role

At Sodexo, we are passionate about food, and we place our customers at the heart of everything we do. To provide this great service, we have a dedicated catering team behind us, and we have a great opportunity for a Catering Team Leader to join us at Cork!

You’ll be super organised and motivating in supervising a team, so we deliver service excellence across our catering day to day operation. You'll ensure to maintain and follow Health and Safety regulations (such as Food safety, Allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations).

Top notch admin skills are required, as you’ll keep on top of stock rotation, schedule deliveries, and communicate frequently back to line managers regarding reporting figures, deadlines, proposals for service improvement and day to day operations.

A customer facing role must go hand in hand with a warm, welcoming smile - remember to be exceptional in the moments that matter… Customers will always remember how you made them feel!

Sodexo reserves the right to close this advert early if we are in receipt of a high number of applications.

A few things about you

It’s important to have a positive, approachable attitude as this is a customer facing role with supervisory responsibility. You'll need to have strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate great teamwork, as Sodexo highly promotes a 'one team' ethos.

Sodexo also promotes personnel growth and we see the true potential behind every employee, there really is no limits to what you can achieve!
