Catering Account Coordinator
Job Introduction
Sodexo have created a unique opportunity for a technically savvy Catering Account Coordinator. You will be supporting a newly formed Food Services team of 6 at Wythenshawe Hospital. This role blends hands on reporting, implementing client billing processes and working to deadlines. Role Responsibility
- Ensure menu ordering and requisitions are in line with contractual agreements
- Support the achievement of all KPI’s set out for Patient Dining and Production service
- Provide and manage an excellent customer-based service to all patients, visitors, staff and end service users.
- Oversee the menu team members who would collect and report accurate patient orders across a 7-day period.
- Maintain the appropriate staffing levels as set out by the food service manager, to ensure full-service delivery across all wards/departments daily.
- Providing excellent attention to detail in relation to all inputting, reporting and analysis always.
- Provide a range or daily, weekly and monthly reports to enable accurate periodic billing in line with Sodexo and Trust financial reporting timelines.
- Contribute to discussions with the catering management team with regards to sharing ideas and best practise that will improve site performance and enhanced customer service.
The Ideal Candidate
What’s essential:
- Customer Service experience
- Proficient IT user – specifically with MS Excel and Outlook
- A confident and adept communicator, with the ability to operate effectively at all levels
- Ability to review, analysis and manipulate data electronically
