Job Introduction

Sodexo are currently looking to add to our casual back of house team at Sussex Cricket Ground to support the busy kitchen environment.

Job responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, production, presentation and service of all meals, and ensure they are served at the correct times, within the Company's standards and to the agreed specification of the contract
Comply with all Company and client policies, procedures and statutory regulations.
Assist in serving food and ensure availability of sufficient supplies as and when directed before and during the service period
Uphold the correct procedures in menu planning, ordering and stock control, order supplies from Sodexo nominated suppliers
Ensure that the Company's administration, documentation and procedures are carried out

What we are looking for

Held a similar role before
Use to working in a fresh produce kitchen

Experience of C&B and Restaurant functions
Production kitchen knowledge
Worked in a client/contractor establishment

Salary	The rate of pay is between £9 and £13 per hour depending on experience
