Job Introduction

Our UK Healthcare segment have a fantastic opportunity for a SalesForce Manager to join our talented and hard working team!

Sodexo Healthcare work by the side of healthcare organisations in both the public health (NHS Trusts) and private healthcare sector, using science, technology and global experience to enable human-centred care.

Based from home with some travel across our sites in the UK you will positively position Sodexo for growth in the UK&I Healthcare segment by aiding the proactive development of relationships in potential client organisations.

You will act as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries, and undertake direct sales contact (through channels including calls, e-mails and social media) to establish connections, form relationships and set appointments for the Partnerships Director and others to fulfill and also manage, administrate and promote the use of our CRM system - Salesforce within the Healthcare segment.

You will be a relationship-based business developer or account manager, adept at remotely building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, be confident in making the first contact with potential clients and be able to evidence your experience and proficiency in using and managing a CRM platform.

Role Responsibility

  • Through a combination of direct and digital channels help identify key decision makers within pre-identified prospects and help develop partnerships for growth with them
  • Active management of inbound and outbound sales activity
  • Management and promotion of the best use of Salesforce across Sodexo Healthcare UK&I, linking into global Healthcare and regional growth teams to identify and build best practice.
  • Ensuring that the management of Salesforce by UK&I Healthcare conforms with all Sodexo policies and practices

The Ideal Candidate

  • A relationship-based business developer or account manager, adept at remotely building and maintaining relationships 
  • Demonstrates confidence to make first contact, resilience to achieve relationship status and flexibility to promote and sell a variety of products and services
  • Evidential experience and proficiency in using and managing a CRM platform
  • Comfortable with working from home, maintaining data-based integrity, and outbound calling
  • Able to leverage/analyse captured digital data and use it to further relationships with potential clients
  • Ambition to move into long-term relationship-based high value contract sales
  • Articulate and professional; able to represent Sodexo with potential clients and resilient enough to overcome barriers to access or setbacks during the pre-tender upstream business development process
  • Organised and detailed; capable of effectively managing data and the compliant running of Salesforce (our CRM)

Package Description

Up to £45,000 per annum plus company bonus, £1300 flexible benefits fund and other fantastic benefits
