Package Description
Position of "The Venue" Duty Manager.is a key role in the Events and Experience department. Ensuring the delivery of a diverse range of events within "The Venue" through excellent communication and management of their team. Responsible for ensuing a high level of customer service for all users of the facility. Focus on quality and standards across all aspects including the food and beverage service, as well as the maintenance and upkeep of the building.

Building & Operations
3.1 To ensure the smooth & safe running of "The Venue" with a focus on quality and maintaining high standards throughout
3.2 To work with the facility management team to ensure all maintenance issues are reported immediately and urgent repairs are carried out in a timely manner
3.3 To ensure all technical equipment in the Cinema, Games Room, Club room and Conference rooms are checked daily and are fully operational at all times.
3.4 To work with the facility management team to ensure all building systems are maintained and operational.
3.5 Ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained throughout "The Venue" and associated areas including bar, cellar, storage rooms and office.
Licensing and Compliance
4.1 Ensure all aspects of the Licensing Act 2003 are adhered to at all times and that the conditions of the licence are met ensuring a safe environment for all patrons.
4.2 Ensure compliance in al aspects of H & S including staff working safely and compliance with legal requirements in all areas of "The Venue" and its service.
4.3 Ensure all accidents and near misses are recorded appropriately and accident investigations carried out as required and necessary action taken.
4.4 Maintain strict controls of hazardous materials in storage and in use, observe all COSHH regulations and manufacturer instructions. Ensure staff are implementing the training that has been provided.
