40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What you’ll do:
Set up, test, and ensure the functionality of all AV and VC equipment across internal meeting rooms
Manage and schedule Teams calls using Crestron devices
Support large events by liaising with clients to understand and deliver their technical needs
Maintain accuracy of bookings and assist with meeting scheduling
Troubleshoot and escalate AV equipment faults where necessary
Offer on-site support with Wi-Fi connectivity and device compatibility
Maintain organisation and cleanliness of AV/Production suite
Provide multimedia broadcasting support and manage digital signage
Conduct regular stock checks on AV equipment
Collaborate with operational teams to deliver seamless support
Assist in meeting room set-ups and ensure all technology is prepped in advance
What you’ll bring:
Previous experience in AV, events, or technical arts
Working knowledge of AV systems including Crestron, Shure, Lenovo, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and streaming platforms
Solid understanding of AV disciplines: audio, projection, video, lighting, and IT
Experience in supporting a range of events, from small meetings to large-scale presentations
Willingness to work evenings or weekends as required
