Role Responsibility
To provide support in the following areas;
- Payroll activity
- General Administration
- Personnel Files
- Central register and safeguarding administration
- DBS application and procedures
- Recruitment administration
- Training administration
- Responding to general emails
- Taking messages
- General office duties
- Taking minutes and general meetings and HR related meetings
- Occasional food services duties
- Occasional hospitality duties
- Any other reasonable duties
The Ideal Candidate
- Graduate calibre.
- Experience of designing and implementing e-learning strategies.
- Experience of working within an IiP framework.
- Experience of working successfully with accrediting and regulatory bodies and implementing associated programmes.
- Experience of curriculum design.
