Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

To provide support in the following areas;

  • Payroll activity
  • General Administration
  • Personnel Files
  • Central register and safeguarding administration
  • DBS application and procedures
  • Recruitment administration
  • Training administration
  • Responding to general emails
  • Taking messages
  • General office duties
  • Taking minutes and general meetings and HR related meetings
  • Occasional food services duties
  • Occasional hospitality duties
  • Any other reasonable duties

The Ideal Candidate

  • Graduate calibre.
  • Experience of designing and implementing e-learning strategies.
  • Experience of working within an IiP framework.
  • Experience of working successfully with accrediting and regulatory bodies and implementing associated programmes.
  • Experience of curriculum design.
