Administrator - School Food and Menu Assistant

Job Introduction

A great opportunity for an Administrator who is interested in food and nutrition and will report directly to the Quality and Nutrition Manager. The role will be focussed on school food and menu's and keeping the menu system up to date as well as assisting in the deployment of a new digital marketing platform across the schools contracts.

 

 

Role Responsibility

  • Dealing with all aspects of Saffron Nutritional system, including – Menu input, Product updates, and Recipe input.
  • Managing the Special Diets email and Database
  • Liaising with Area Managers and Kitchens
  • Assisting with Theme Days
  • Aiding in the triage for the parent enquiry service for the new digital marketing platform.

  • Assertive and confident, able to communicate across all levels of the business, from directors to operational colleagues.
  • Teamwork – ability to work cooperatively with others and provide help where required.
  • Flexibility – Ability to adapt approach to individual situations and remain calm under pressure
  • Communication – Listens and questions effectively, concise verbal and strong written communication.
  • Available and able to work WFH efficiently and effectively
  • Available to attend AiP HQ office if / when required – TriGate office Birmingham
  • Attention to accuracy for data inputting function
  • Competent IT skills in Word and some Excel - training will be available
