Job Introduction

 

We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Dublin sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

  1. To provide effective financial & administrative support to the Finance Manager & Operational team allowing them to focus on their core competencies
  2. The role will be focused on managing a number of processes key to the accurate allocation of revenues, costs & reporting of service performance within the IFM contract 
  3. To be the point of contact for the client regarding month end reporting and invoicing queries.
  4. Manage the Client RGR billing process for all regions (monthly submissions to Client for approval to bill works for the month prior to invoicing). To include consolidation of WIP schedules & catering reports.
  5. Tracking of the PO numbers to ensure effective billing processes.
  6. Responsibility for collating the monthly site returns from Account Managers & preparing the income accrual journals for posting.
  7. Month end journal preparation including accruals & prepayments, reallocations and transfers.

Effective use of SAP to assist in highlighting any issues or risks which may impact the successful delivery of the contract

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages particularly Excel
  • Proficient in reporting and analysis methods
  • Attention to detail & accuracy is essential
  • Ability to work on own initiative & to be proactive
  • Aptitude for numerical work & analysis
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about what they do
  • Adaptable and able to to work flexibly to suit the workload
