Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments, including booking and refreshments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Provide general support to management team

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

  • Be a team worker with a flexible approach
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time keeping, organisation, planning and scheduling skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills able to communicate with clients and team
  • Competent with Microsoft office applications
  • Have excellent note taking skills
  • Self- motivated
  • Previous administration experience.

Package Description

We are recruiting for a Soft Services Administrator based at Unilever's head office in Leatherhead, Surrey. This role is permanent full time (37.5 hours per week)  hours per week from 8am - 4pm (or to be agreed on successful application)

 

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Processing all invoices onto the Sodexo Computer System in a timely & accurate manner
  • Assisting functional managers in the processing of payroll information
  • Processing and handling of all cash & banking procedures taken on site.
  • Administrative Support to Managers/Team Leaders
  • Other admin tasks such as compiling reports, creating new starter folders, logging staff recognition etc
  • Creating new starters on the Sodexo payroll system
  • Comply with all Company & Client policies & statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, fire & COSHH.
  • Cover in additional areas during holidays & sickness.
  • Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by management.

Knowledge & Skill

  • Excellent IT Skills with knowledge of Sodexo computer systems (desirable)
  • Competent on Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Previous experience within similar administration role (desirable)
  • Excellent time keeping & and organisational skills
  • Must be able to prioritise tasks & work using own initiative
  • Ability to work as part of a team with effective communication skills
  • Good telephone manner

This position will be a key part of a one team approach to providing a quality customer experience for the users of Unilever Leatherhead Head Office.
