Administration Assistant

Job Introduction

Sodexo Energy & Resources has a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Assistant to support a strategic global account. As well as providing administrator support for functions within the E&R Business the role will also include the manning of the Help Desk for Technical Services customer requests.

Role Responsibility

  • Ensuring that any training and competency requirements for the engineers are kept up-to-date.
  • Coordination and procurement of works, materials and equipment with sites and suppliers
  • Preparation of job cards and purchase orders on current databases
  • Resolution of purchase orders / invoice / billing queries and disputes
  • Maintenance of equipment details and specifications in current databases
  • Preparation of reports and updates on works for clients
  • HR function for department – providing holiday / sickness cover via agencies or within existing workforce where possible as required
  • Inputting engineers timesheets into payroll system
  • Regular housekeeping of electronic records, file storage and various document / activity tracker
  • Preparing any other admin based request, i.e. presentations, analysing data.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Visio)
  • Excellent numerical and verbal skills
  • Excellent communication, organisational and administration skills, including editing skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A flexible “can do” attitude

Package Description

Salary up to £20,000 depending on experience + benefits
