Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for an Office/Admin person to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for a focused and well organised individual to join a world leading facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

It is a six month contract assisting with all admin duties of our security team and the successful candidate will be accountable to the Regional Security Managers. This potentially could result in a Permanent contract being offered.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day duties which would include but not limited to -

Scheduling and organising Rotas for a large team and organising appropriate cover

Monitoring Calls and emails daily and responding to both in a timely fashion

Vetting Procedures for new starters and inductions

Organising Payroll for staff members

Understand the Key Service and provide cover when staff are on holidays and sickness.

Recording all holidays and absences on the company IT

Monitor Kronos daily/weekly of all staff that did not book-in on time or were absent.

Reporting any problems relating to timekeeping or absences or issues on site

Provide administrative support as and when required e.g. filing, photocopying, typing, faxing and other relevant administrative tasks.

The working hours would be Wednesdays to Sundays 2pm-10pm at our Salford Offices

Salary £10.86 per hour paid Monthly

The ideal candidate -  Essential High IT skills and computer literate

Confident communicator with a Courteous telephone manner People Friendly

Good time keeping and Good Communications skills

Ability to work on own initiative Customer service skills essential

Desirable - Previous experience in a similar role.
