Accounts Administrator

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • To provide support services to the operation.
  • Adhere to Company procedures including the DQMS.
  • To record the daily messing information for PAYD and Bar.
  • Ensure weekly and monthly sales balance across Company computer system and records with Mess Accountant system.
  • To ensure confidentiality and security is maintained at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential:

  •  Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff at all levels on the site
  • Be a team worker with a flexible approach
  • Have strong Numeracy and IT skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to support and deliver effective service in a demanding environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to take, record and deliver telephone messages in a timely manner.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of E-ProphiT.
  • Previous knowledge of a retail and cash environment.
  • Previous experience of an office environment.

 

Package Description

To provide the Sodexo accounting requirements of the Mess as directed by the Mess Manager/Services Manager using the Company designated computer system.
