About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and professional Cleaning Supervisor to support the delivery of high standards of cleaning services at our corporate client site in London. This is a hands-on role, responsible for supervising evening cleaning operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all activities are completed safely and in line with company procedures.

You will play a key role in coordinating the cleaning team, supporting communication between shifts, and ensuring a consistent and compliant service is delivered.

What you’ll do

• Supervise and support the cleaning team to ensure high standards are consistently achieved
• Lead by example through hands-on cleaning duties across office spaces, welfare areas, and shared facilities
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure adequate cover across all areas
• Carry out regular inspections and audits to monitor cleaning quality
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, including risk assessments and safe systems of work
• Maintain accurate cleaning records, logs, and documentation in line with company requirements
• Report maintenance, safety, or building issues promptly
• Support training and provide guidance to team members where required
• Maintain clear communication with site management and colleagues to ensure continuity of service

What you’ll bring

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a corporate or commercial environment
• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role is desirable
• Good understanding of cleaning standards, health & safety, and safe working practices
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
• Confident communication skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
