Role Responsibility
- Lead performance management practices across the UK & ROI businesses
- Lead the day to day support, improvements & change management in relation to OD Systems including; learning management system, talent system, performance system
- Ensure performance management practices are aligned to group strategies
- Review and where necessary improve the existing process as well as support, development & communications to drive the performance culture
- Own and facilitate the process design and the change management necessary to align the systems and correspondents processes to the core practices and KPIs governing the Talent and OD agenda
- Implement the Ingenium modules for Talent, Performance and Learning in line with UK&I business needs as well as with wider IT and Group framework and timelines
- Design, implement and embed the relevant user support and reporting for the Talent Management System
The Ideal Candidate
Graduate calibre with a background in Organisation development or business management and Psychology
- Ability to create and manage effective business cases and project plans
- Knowledge of best practice in performance management and system implementations
- Ability to design workable processes and experience of designing, implementing, evaluating and improving them on a large scale
- Experience of designing and implementing performance management processes and/or OD systems at scale in a low margin, multi site environment
- Ability to create and maintain a network of positive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders from director level down
