Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

You will support our busy hospitality operations by working in one of our hospitality lounges, to deliver a fast and efficient service. You will be working in a fast paced environment where teamwork and efficiency is key to keeping to tight schedules and maintaining client satisfaction. You will support our operation by working either behind the bar, or front of house serving clients food or drink. We operate multiple lounges on a match-day, catering for up to 350 people each. Food service staff will serve plates from a kitchen, or will assist with a buffet service. Drink service staff will take orders from clients, collect empty glasses and occasionally handle cash orders. Both food and drinks staff may be requested to assist in other areas of the stadium with stock accounting and room setup & breakdowns.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You should have a passion for outstanding customer care, with experience in working as part of a team in a fast paced environment, gained in either a retail or hospitality environment. Full training will be provided.
  • Applicants must 16 or over, and eligible to work in the UK.

Role is to become part of the team looking after the service of food and beverage requirements for or patients.
