Travel and Parking Coordinator (Administrator)
Job Introduction
We currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and hard working Travel & Parking Coordinator to undertake general specific car park management duties. Role Responsibility
As a Travel & Parking Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the point of contact for Hub parking issues.
- Monitoring the travel plan email box
- Maintaining the travel & parking SharePoint page (uploading documents etc.)
- Sending parking communications out to the Hub community
- Updating Hub vehicle registration database
- Recording offenders and escalating non compliance
- Monitoring visitor parking spaces and deal with offenders
- Allocating spaces
- Issuing permits
- Monitoring parking spaces and deal with offenders
- Collating business unit post-code review bi-annually
- Updating & Issuing bi-annual Hub parking plan
- Working with graphics and printers on plan, notices, permits etc.
- Arranging quarterly Hub parking coordinators meetings.
- Assisting with bus issues and complaints.
- Assisting with other Hub travel initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Previous office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT Skills particularly MS Office experience
- Good organisation skills
- Previous experience of working within a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Facilities Management experience - desirable
