Supervisor - Weekends

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Dublin sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

  • To be responsible for all day to day aspects relating to the management and maintenance of the catering service and equipment within the contract specification to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.
  • To provide a catering service to the agreed standards in accordance with the Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators specified in the service contract
  • To actively enforce relevant statutory, company and site H&S compliance together with high levels of food hygiene
  • To be responsible for scheduling of work within the specified details of the contract

The Ideal Candidate

Desirable skills but training will be provided :

 

IOSH, training provided.

CIEH, training provided.

E-prophIT, training provided.

Recipe on Line, training provided.

Computer literate.

Barista, training provided.

Excellent understanding of the English language both oral and written

Supervisory experience in the following:

 

  • Customer Service – a strong commitment and track record in providing a high level of customer service in a busy environment.

 

  • Communication – good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate positively to customers at all level.

 

Flexibility – the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team in a rapidly changing environment
