Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

To be the first point of contact for all staff who wish to report a fault or difficulty and to respond positively and in a timely fashion to all customer requests that pertain to your area of responsibility.

To ensure areas of responsibility are maintained to agreed levels, and conference/meeting rooms are kept in a clean, tidy order.

To assist the site maintenance operator where required.

Responsibility for the setting up of meeting rooms with flipcharts, projectors, pens etc and to include any catering requirements

Maintain, stock & clean vending machines.

Collection & Delivery of The Post.

The Ideal Candidate

Will have:

Excellent customer service skills and first class communication skills. You will need to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in the tasks that they carry out and the ability to work within a team and also unsupervised.

Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential, previous experience of a catering operation would be an advantage.

The ability to acutely process information with a good standard of numeracy and literacy.

Successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment.

All job applicants will need to provide documentation, which demonstrates their ability to work in the UK & hold a full UK driving licence
